What do I need for the Studio Classes?
Mat Pilates - you will need a Mat, small hand towel and wear comfortable clothes. i.e leggings, t-shirt and a warm top.
Chair Pilates - wear comfortable trousers t-shirt and a warm top.
Reformer @ Springboard - wear comfortable leggings, t-shirt and a warm top
